DWT64232 2"-11-1/2 HSS NPT Interrupted Thread Pipe Taps

Special Purpose Pipe Tap, appropriate for threading a wide variety of materials both ferrous and non-ferrous where chip disposal is a problem. The first few threads on an Interrupted Thread pipe Tap are full. The balance of the threads are interrupted to reduce drag while taper pipe threading. These pipe taps are standard having an odd number of flutes.
